- All orders are sent within 24hrs from confirmation of payment.
- The delivery costs include all package and handling costs.

Australia Post International Express: 3 to 6 business days
Australia Post Standard: 4 to 12 business days
PLEASE NOTE: Customs Taxes and Duties may be charged when importing goods into New Zealand, these fees are your responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For all returns and exchanges you must contact Guitartrade within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be sent back in their original condition with the original receipt of purchase. Once received, full refund or store credit will be given for the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping costs. Please insure return and exchange items are packaged carefully to avoid damage and blemishes during shipping.
